    This is the traditional method of data collection where the fielding, sample management and analysis (if required) is all done by us. We will send you daily reports or files on the progress of your study, along with any call disposition information that you require.


  • VIRTUAL CALL CENTRE CAPABILITIES:
    Our Virtual Call Centre Capabilities enable interviewers to conduct telephone surveys supported by questionnaire and sample management provided over the Internet.

    • - Share resources or outsource work with no concerns for equipment or software incompatibilities.
    • - Conduct surveys in mixed mode (CATI/CAPI/CAWI)


  • CONSUMER AND BUSINESS TELEPHONE/WEB-ENABLED RESEARCH:
    Consumer and Business Telephone/Web-Enabled Research – Ever wish that you could temporarily expand the size of your phone room? We can make this happen by logging onto your server and giving you immediate access to an extra 1 - 50 phones, depending on your needs. Our Web-Enabled capabilities give you sample management control. Moreover, it:

    • - Eliminates the need to coordinate quotas and sample between two or more phone rooms or merge two or more data sets.
    • - Works advantageously for those who have software programs other than ours because we will be working with your software through your server.
